Join Eric and Sara on a culinary tour as you learn recipes and techniques from various regions of the world. From comforting one pot cookery and classical European techniques, to exotic Asian ingredients.

Class sizes range from 10 to 18 people, lasts for approximately 3 hours and are always taught in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. While participation is encouraged, it is not required. You are always welcome to put on an apron and help with the cooking, or simply have a drink and observe.

Our cooking classes are held on Monday's from about 6pm-9pm. Please go to the schedule's page for dates.

Each class is $40 per person unless otherwise noted. You will receive handouts and recipes of the class cuisine and afterwards participate in the Grande Finale of dining on your own creations in our garden-inspired dining room.

You can make reservation by telephone or e-mail. Pre-registration is required as our classes fill up quickly. Please contact Eric and Sara or refer to a class schedule times and dates.

Mosaic Foods is happy to host intimate events for up to 30 people Cafe Mosaic at Vintners Cellar is the perfect environment to dine and entertain. Located within walking distance of Fargo’s downtown hotels and businesses offers easy access and plenty of evening parking.

Cafe Mosaic South is the perfect environment for hors d'ouevres, light tapas and drinks....
